Controller

MojoLab, Finnish company ID 1797471-7 and VAT ID FI17974717, is the controller for the REQAL early access email list. For privacy requests, contact info [at] reqal.fi.

Data collected

• Email address submitted through the early access form.
• Timestamp of the submission.

Purpose

The data is used only to send occasional REQAL updates, including launch timing, availability, early access details and related product news.

Retention

The data is kept until you ask for removal or until the waitlist is no longer needed.

Sharing and processors

Waitlist email addresses are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. REQAL uses Tawk.to as a third-party chat service provider. If you use the chat, Tawk.to may process data that you provide in the chat and technical data related to the chat session.

Cookies and chat

REQAL does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The chat widget is provided by Tawk.to and may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the chat session working and to help REQAL respond to messages.

Your rights

You can ask to have your email address removed from the waitlist at any time. Send requests to info [at] reqal.fi. You may also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct or erase your personal data where applicable.
